All tickets and transaction fees are non-refundable unless a show is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will automatically be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions to the refund policy are at the discretion of the Show Creators (Host and/or Artist), not Side Door.
PLEASE NOTE: If a refund must be requested, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of the show’s end time, as once the show is paid out, there is no ability to process refunds.
