Once a show is published / on sale, the fields that can be edited without Side Door’s assistance are limited.

Show Creator:

If you are the creator / owner of the show, you are able to Cancel or Edit the show as needed. Show Creators can edit Show Titles, Show Descriptions, and Show Images.

Payee:

If you were invited as a Payee to the show, you have access to all Audience Manager tools such as:

Adding guests (comp tickets)

Emailing all ticket holders

Audience Check-in tools

A Payee does not have the ability to Edit or Cancel the show.

Contact your show creator if any edits or cancellation is needed.

Anything else that might need editing can be done by a Side Door admin, so please reach out to support@sidedooraccess.com
