All guests who have purchased tickets to Side Door shows are contacted via email immediately following the event and invited to rate the show, write a public review, and offer private feedback for the host. At this time, ratings and reviews are not published. Select ratings and reviews are made public and posted on artist and host profiles. For now ratings and reviews are monitored by Side Door staff as the team develops a more sophisticated system. Hosts and Artists can feel free to reach out to the Side Door team following a show to ask if any feedback came in, and let us know if they would like some published.
