Ticket purchasers are only entitled to a refund in the event of a show cancellation. Otherwise, all tickets are non-refundable. Stripe fees are non-refundable. Any other requests for refunds are at the discretion of Side Door.
Guests may transfer tickets that they have purchased to another guest prior to the show without penalty, provided that the guest provides the name and email address(es) of the new ticket holder(s) to Side Door for the purpose of attendee list adjustment.
Failure to transfer tickets accordingly may result in refusal of entry at the venue or online show.
