Ticket purchasers are only entitled to a refund if the show is cancelled. Otherwise, all tickets and transaction fees are non-refundable.

The health and safety of our community is extremely important to us, which is why we’ve added a COVID-19 refund policy. Show creators are encouraged to add their COVID-19 protocols in the show's description. At the discretion of the Host, refunds may be issued for COVID-19 related causes (learn more here).

Guests may transfer purchased tickets prior to the show without penalty. The guest will need to complete the transfer through Side Door’s automated process to ensure the guestlist is updated appropriately.

Failure to transfer tickets accordingly may result in refusal of entry at the space or online show.
