If a show must be cancelled, please notify Side Door before cancelling. The public will be informed once all parties confirm the cancellation. Once cancelled, an email will go out to all ticket holders notifying them of the cancellation.

No payments will be issued to artists or hosts, and any tickets purchased will be automatically refunded to ticket holders.

Ideally, cancelling is the last resort after other options are explored (such as further promotional efforts or rescheduling the show), and ideally decisions are made in agreement between all parties. Please consider contacting Side Door for any show support.
